“Season it however you like – I’m a big fan of lemon juice or Tabasco – then tip that lovely fresh oyster into your mouth!”

Do you say it as sal-mon or sah-mon?

Sal-mon or sah-mon, whatever…
This is the yummier version for us!
Salmon lovers in hubby and me were very happy (happier actually)!

The new menu is already available in all BluePosts Boiling Davao branches. Please not that the Fresh and Grilled Oysters will be available only in their Bajada J.P. Laurel branch. They also have branches in Lanang Business Park and in SM City Davao Annex building.

We are forever a fan of BluePosts Boiling’s garlic fried tuna belly, aside from the shrimps, but being a salmon lover, their new garlic fried salmon is an instant new fave of mine as well as hubby.

Yes we are salmon lovers. Just like Sir Jun of AA Co., we are also personally looking for a good salmon supplier in Davao City. If you know any, please do comment below or message us on Facebook or Instagram. *wink*

Unlimited Shrimp Fever Is On at Blue Posts Boiling Crabs & Shrimps

Blue Post’s Boiling Crabs and Shrimps is bringing more sea-to-table goodness as it offers to satisfy their customers cravings for unlimited shrimps with their 911 Shrimp Fever promo good for 2 persons!

Blue Posts 911 Shrimp Fever

Yes, you read the headline right. It’s time for foodies to turn their seafood diet on as Blue Posts introduces its 911 SHRIMP FEVER from October 30 until December 8, 2017 in all its branches nationwide! The promo is available for P911 good for two persons already from Monday to Friday only from 10AM to 2PM for the first batch and then from 2PM to 5PM for the second batch for the day.

Boiling Crabs and Shrimps P911 Shrimp Fever restaurant craze offers unlimited, fresh and tasty bags of shrimps sauteed and served in three flavorful signature sauces – Sambal, Boiled, and Garlic Lemon Butter.

My personal choice would be the boiled shrimps in the signature garlic lemon butter sauce of Blue Posts, while my hubby who likes spicy prefers the Sambal sauce dipped boiled shrimps. I like that also. My hubby and I would go on pouring the sambal sauce on our rice as we eat.

Now here is a little background for those not yet familiar who can’t wait to take up the 911 challenge: dining at Blue Posts is an event in itself. The moment you enter the restaurant, your eyes feast on the inviting nautical interiors of the restaurant before you even dip into the real deal. lts unconventional, casual style of serving food makes diners give in the way Filipinos enjoy a really good meal by doing it the “kamay-kainan” style.

“It’s always fun to be messy with Blue Posts,” according to Mr. Anthony Ang and his wife Mrs. Jennifer Ang, the owners of the restaurant. This is their tip to any first-timers planning to visit their seafood restaurant soon. “Here, dining with bare hands is the norm. Once the food-grade wax paper is set before you’re accompanied by a Blue Posts bib, prepare for a messy but satisfying gastronomic adventure!”

Here’s everything you should know about the promo:

  • Avail the 911 Shrimp Fever Promo for P911, perfect for two.
  • Valid for dine-in customers only.
  • The guest will be served three different types of sauce : Sambal, Boiled, Garlic Buttered Lemon.

  • Sharing is not allowed.
  • Excess shrimp will not be valid for takeout
  • Available only from 10am to 2pm (first batch – orange badge) and 2pm to 5pm (second batch – blue badge), Mondays to Fridays.
  • Guest will be charged for the unconsumed shrimps. Charge will be based on cost per gram.
  • Promo runs from October 30, 2017 to December 8, 2017 in all branches in Metro Manila and Davao City.

“In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen can avail the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.”

The 911 SHRIMP FEVER is the latest treat from this homegrown Davao seafood restaurant which has been in this business for the past 23 years. They currently have three (3) branches in Davao City in Bajada, Lanang Business Park, and SM City Davao Annex in Ecoland; and three (3) more in Metro Manila in SM North EDSA The Block, SM Mall of Asia, and O Square Green Hills. They will be opening three more branches which are under way in the next twelve months. The latest branch in Seascape Village, Pasay City will be opening before the year ends in December 2017.

“The secret behind our success is not just those flavors we match our crabs and shrimps with. It’s the overall experience we bring to every diner that enters our restaurants. And we can’t wait for more Filipinos to experience this through our upcoming branches,” Mr. and Mrs. Ang said.
