Fresh Oysters

Fresh catch of succulent oysters served on a bed of ice.
Perfect appetizer to whet your appetite.
Serving size: 6 pieces and 12 pieces.

As famous British celebrity chef Jamie Oliver, from the land where my sister lives now, will tell anyone how to eat fresh oysters,
“Season it however you like – I’m a big fan of lemon juice or Tabasco – then tip that lovely fresh oyster into your mouth!”


Grilled Oysters

Plump fresh oysters, perfectly grilled to bring out
its natural sweet and briny taste.
Serving size: 6 pieces and 12 pieces.


Grilled Hokkaido Scallops with Garlic Cream Sauce   Big and plump Hokkaido Scallops
grilled to perfection in garlic and butter.
Topped with creamy garlic sauce.
Serving size: 6 pieces.


Garlic Fried Baby Octopus

Fresh baby octopus lightly dusted with fry mix.
Crisp on the outside while soft and juicy inside.
Serving size: 2 – 4 persons.


Crispy Fried Crablets

Lightly battered & fried to a crisp then tossed in butter garlic sauce.
Perfect beer match or as an appetizer.
Serving size: 2 – 4 persons.

Let’s eat some tiny crabs aka crablets.

Main Dishes

Grilled Salmon

Fresh salmon, grilled en papillote style with herbs and spices. Highlights the sweet taste of the fish.
Serving size: 1 – 2 persons.

Garlic Fried Salmon

Fresh fillet of salmon, lightly coated with fry mix & fried with garlic.
Lightly crisp on the outside, while flaky and juicy in the inside. Serving size: 1 – 2 persons.

Sal-mon or sah-mon, whatever…
This is the yummier version for us!

The new menu is already available in all BluePosts Boiling Davao branches. Please not that the Fresh and Grilled Oysters will be available only in their Bajada J.P. Laurel branch. They also have branches in Lanang Business Park and in SM City Davao Annex building.

We are forever a fan of BluePosts Boiling’s garlic fried tuna belly, aside from the shrimps, but being a salmon lover, their new garlic fried salmon is an instant new fave of mine as well as hubby.
