Sumptuous Seafood Buffet at Cafe Marco in Marco Polo Davao

A sumptuous seafood buffet feast which you should try with family and friends is waiting for you at Cafe Marco in Marco Polo Davao at the heart of Davao this summer season.

Yes that’s Marco Polo Davao’s General Manager Ms. Dottie V.  Wurgler-Cronin in their poster that will greet you as you are about to enter Cafe Marco.

Cafe Marco has so many special memories for us as this has been our favorite place to dine during special occasions such as Mother’s Day, my son’s birthday and hubby’s birthday during the holiday season. Back then, we would be attending the misa de gallo mass at the Ateneo Jacinto chapel then after which we would have a sumptuous buffet breakfast at Cafe Marco! So many happy memories of life’s celebration for my own family here at Cafe Marco.

So we were happy to be back at Cafe Marco and this time to enjoy their Seafood Buffet offering for this month of April 2017!

  This buffet is indeed a treat for seafood lovers! Have a satisfying seafood diet this Lent or summer season. Or just simply have fun with your foodie principle of “when I see food, I eat it!”  

The seafood feast is available only every Friday and Saturday dinner buffet until April 29, 2017 only for P1,500 per person. There is an abundance of seafood choices which makes it so worth it!

The various choices of seafood includes crabs, shrimps, clams, shellfish, a variety of fishes and assorted sashimi of salmon and fresh tuna from the region that you can enjoy…

Choose what you want among the seafood selection in the buffet and choose how you prefer to have your fresh seafood cooked by the chefs.

Hubby had this halaan soup made from the clams and shellfish he picked himself from the fresh seafood section.

You can choose what veggies you want in your seafood soup too…

Indulge in as much seafood as you can eat at their seafood buffet available only this month.

Among those my eyes laid upon at the buffet selection, personally this has to be my fave… salmon! I was so happy even with just this! My fave indulgence in seafood buffets is the salmon. It was the first to be gone from the displayed buffet choices. Diners there that night sure love salmon, just like I do!

The sight of this is simply happiness! I used to have it grilled but then sauteed or however it is cooked, salmon is love for me!

There are ready to eat dishes in the buffet that you can indulge in while waiting for your chosen seafood order to be cooked and served at your table.

Pan seared fish and stuffed grilled squid with chorizo were also in the buffet choices.

Since it’s summer, you have every reason to indulge in what else but ice cream! You can quietly scream for ice cream happiness while dining at Cafe Marco. More happiness  for me as I spotted that they have my favorite ube ice cream.

Messy looking ice cream but I don’t really care for it simply satisfied my ube ice cream craving the past few days. There are three other popular ice cream flavors for kids and kids at heart to choose from: mango, strawberry and chocolate.

Also spotted this huge Grana Padano cheese at one small cheese section in the buffet. CHEESE for the cheese lovers out there!  So don’t miss this special seafood buffet on Fridays and Saturdays only this month! It’s perfect also for your diet if you wanna indulge in seafood this Lenten season.

On the other hand, if you wanna dine outdoors and enjoy a good view of the summer night sky near the pool on a weekend with a good company of fun friends and family, you may also dine at the Pool Lounge at The Deck of the Marco Polo.
