Enjoyed this freshly-made, delicious Gigingka topped with a generous amount of cheese earlier today.
Gigingka is the banana cake of Saging Repablik, which is located at Tionko Avenue corner Mapa Street, Davao City.
Gigingka has its own stall at the Lanang Weekend Market by Gatch Events at SM Lanang Premier which was launched this afternoon.
The LWM is open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 4PM-9PM from May 15 to June 7, 2015. That will be four weekends for people in Davao to show their support for local and budding entrepreneurs or start-up businesses.
