Wishing for a Shake

The hot summer seems to be starting and for the past few days I have been looking and wanting a shake like this one avocado shake from Trellis. Shakes are in now even Zagu had a long line of costumers yesterday.

Anyway, it is so hot this noon that I will have to hunt later on for some shake. As for now, I will just have to forget about the heat and craving for a shake and look into this m-drol that is said to help eliminate any water retention. A male friend of ours has been having problems on water retention and our search for something to treat that somehow led me to that supplement for men. It is important to note too that only men above twenty-one are advised to take it because of its intense effects on the body.

I am not a man so I will leave it to him to do more research on that. While for now I will look for a store nearby that sells some fresh fruit shake to beat the start of the hot summer season here.
