Garden by the Bay | Sooo Pinoy Food Trip na Pilipinas in Davao City
Garden by the Bay was our fifth stop for day 3 of the Sooo Pinoy Food Trip na Pilipinas in Davao City.
Garden by the Bay is a resort and restaurant serving authentic Filipino cuisine at its Moray’s Bar and Deck and Camaron Restaurant.
Grilled Panga (Tuna)
Grilled Pusit
Pork Barbecue… which some considers as the authentic Filipino Pork Kabob – cubes of meat marinated and cooked on a bamboo skewer. This is usually present in most Filipino fiesta handaan and parties.
Tortang Talong (Egglant Omelette or Fritter)… well I have to admit this is one of my favorite lutong bahay.
Garden by the Bay started in 2009 and is also managed by Garden Oases as an affiliate company. It caters to most people in Davao in the northern part of the city. They have a swimming pool for kids and adults. We were able to go there in 2010 if I am not mistaken for the annual company outing of hubby’s company. The kids really enjoyed swimming in their pool. It also has function rooms for weddings, seminars, birthdays, meeting and team building.
