a new and colorful cafe
called Over At QH or QH Cafe
opened in Obrero
fronting the fraternity building where Iqor is.
This new cafe is from the the same owners
of Here At Kiks cafe which is also located
in what is so called Obrero coffee town.
QH (Every Hour) cafe is open Tuesdays to Sundays
from 11AM to 7PM only.
Close on Mondays.
There are outlets for charging.
