Enjoyed Manang’s Chicken Gourmet Pasta Plates with a foodie friend late this afternoon.

Manang’s Salted Egg Pasta is probably my fave among their three new pasta dishes called Manang’s Gourmet Pasta plates. Love the taste of the chicken poppers too in this dish. I love salted egg so this dish gets an advantage over their other pasta plates.

Salted Egg Pasta

Rich and flavorful salted duck egg cream sauce served over pasta, and topped with chicken skin. Add some Chicken Poppers for only P15.

Their Spicy Tinapa was the first one we tried. The acquired love for food that is spicy can be attributed to my hubby who loves spicy food.

Spicy Tinapa Pasta

Traditional smoked fish with a twist! Spicy tomato-based sauce mixed with tinapa bits and crispy chicken skin.

Creamy Malunggay Pesto

A Filipino take on a classic sauce. Spaghetti tossed in our own blend of creamy garlic malunggay pesto, finished with chicken skin for an added crunch.

This pasta dish is light and I consider it more healthy to eat too. For my little guy, this is the one I wish to let him try since I am getting him to eat malunggay as much as possible.

These Gourmet Pasta Plates are available at Manang’s Chicken located  the 4th floor of the Gaisano Mall of Davao… near the home furniture section of GMall.
