I am grateful to have tried the various delicious and crunchy crepes of the newly opened Crepeman Cafe Davao recently. To enjoy a crunchy-licious crepe, one tip is that you could tell the one making the crepe that you like it to be really crunchy. I like mine when it’s really crunchy and I am reminded of eating one of my fave snack before which is barquillos. But these crepes are crunchy-licious in their own way and you have to try them.

Second tip perhaps is to eat the crepe as soon as it is served. But in this age of Instagram, Facebook, and selfies, etc. taking a few snaps first before indulging in the crepe may somehow affect the quality of your crepe. Well just saying. After having taken these snaps maybe on our next visit I can indulge right away in my crepe. Or maybe not. *wink* By the way, tag your Instagram photos with @CrepeManCafeDavao, #crepemancafedavao #crepemandavao.

Here are a few of the sweet and savory crepes I was able to try  which you can enjoy at Crepeman Cafe Davao:

20141122_104851~Our fave crepe is their crunchy-licious Mix It Up Savory Crepe (above) which was the first one we’ve tried during our first visit there a few days after they opened in Davao.

20141122_110919 ~Blueberry Sweet Crepe is a healthy choice given the benefits of blueberries. Sprinkled with crushed graham, plus cream cheese and whip cream it can be one healthy option when you want a crunchy sweet crepe from Crepeman.

20141122_105138(0)~Philly’s Cheesesteak Savory Crepe is a mix of beef, caramelized onion, cheese and cheese spread. People like my husband who likes beef will like this crepe.

20141122_110034~Mango Nabana is a mix of mango, banana, choco spread, whipped cream and white chocolate kisses.

20141122_110133~Chaos Sweet Crepe is a mix of mango, banana, peach, choco spread, whipped cream and white chocolate kisses. Next to Mix It Up this is another crepe that I like at Crepeman. By the way it looks, it still is one delicious Chaos crepe I’d enjoy indulging in anytime.

Crepeman started as a small crepe business way back in 2003 by the young owner in Manila and was registered as Crepeman in 2006. The first branch outside Luzon and Metro Manila, Crepeman Cafe Davao had its soft opening last November 8, 2014 near the renovated and expanded area of Gaisano Mall’s bigger and better-looking supermarket area. Just look for it at the right side area after Handyman or in front of cashier counter #45 of GMall’s supermarket if I remember it right. *wink*

They had their grand opening last November 15, 2014 and they offered a free drink promo for every crepe you buy during that day.

There are other stalls beside it opening there in the next few months like the Famous Belgian Waffle, Giardino Gelato, and the Sheikh Shack Shawarma that we found recently in Obrero.

So if you are looking forward to satisfying your cravings for a crunchy and delicious crepe, visit Crepeman Cafe Davao now and enjoy their delightfully yummy, crunchy crepes!
