Foods Rich in Iron

While I want to know how to help build those muscles in your body and what food can help, I stumbled upon this short post on foods rich in iron so you may know too so I’ll share them here. There are clams, oysters, mussels, pork liver, chicken liver, beef liver, beef, shrimp, sardines.

Take note too of food that boost iron absorption like meat, fish, poultry, orange, orange juice, cantaloupe, strawberries, grapefruit, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, tomato, tomato juice, potato, green and red bell pepper and white wine.

On the other hand, please note also of the food that prevent iron absorption like red wine, coffee, tea, spinach, beet greens, sweet potato, whole grains and soy products. Now I hope that helps!

Taking a Break

I am taking a break and I wanted to enjoy a little food trip but I ended up just buying a bunwich for me and the little boy at Dunkin Donuts after I decided to do some window shopping for laptops… at the mall for a little while. I am still thinking whether I would like to still get a laptop or a PC desktop next time I would come to that point when my lappy would give up on me. But I have to say that when I travel, a laptop or netbook would really be useful even if I’d want to go to a coffee shop for some me time and want to go online and avail of the free WiFi. Okay break time is over and it’s time to go back to work.
