We met Sir Jay as the consultant in the coffee bar area at the newly opened Mori & Mill in Davao
during their soft opening days and he was very friendly and humble.
He used to work as a trained bartender in Singapore.
He is a coffee roaster, latte artist, and has judged regional coffee events.
He is the founder of Jay’s Way Specialty Coffee, Silver Coffee Roasters, RedDot Specialty Coffee, and Sevio Chocolate.
