Theo & Philo Artisan Chocolates | Davao Chocolate Festival
Spotted these familiar artisan chocolates from Theo & Philo at the first Davao Chocolate Festival that was recently held last September 12-14, 2014 at the activity center at The Annex of SM City Davao.
Theo & Philo Artisan Chocolates | Davao Chocolate Festival
I remember trying the Theo & Philo dark chocolate with Green Mango & Sea Salt which I bought at the Human Nature store at Plaza del Carmen in Loyola Street here in Davao City. Indeed it is how they describe it – sweet, sour, salty and truly Pinoy!
I like the unique taste then when it is not the usual kind of taste mixed in eating chocolate that you get in your usual dose of dark chocolate. It costs about P100 then but now the price is a little higher, depending also on where you buy it. Yet I can still say it is worth indulging in and we get to proudly patronize a Filipino product as Theo & Philo sources their cacao beans from Davao.
I wanna try their other flavors like calamansi, adobo, ginger mint and turon. If you want to spice things up, you may try the Labuyo flavor that they have which is dark chocolate with chili.
They also have a new product – Theo & Philo artisan chocolates Chocolate Bonbons in Cashew and Pili Milk Chocolate.
These bean to bar artisan chocolates are available in several stores in the city like Human Nature in Plaza del Carmen in Loyola Street, Bo. Obrero. Also in EchoStore at Lenel Bldg. at the Diversion Road, Davao City near Robinsons Highlands entrance.
What’s your favorite flavor from Theo & Philo artisan chocolates?
