Probinsya Buffet Restaurant is located at the Victoria Plaza compound at the back of the mall where there are also several restaurants like Ahfat Seafood Restaurant, Emerald Restaurant and others are located.

We attended a recent event with my hubby at Probinsya Buffet Restaurant.  It has been quite a long while since we have dined there.

We found out that they now have unlimited Allegro ice cream as part of their dinner buffet at P388 per person. Available flavors were ube and durian. Just perfect and these two are among my fave flavors for ice cream. I assume it is also part of their lunch buffet since it is of the same price.

Oh my ube! I have been craving for a good tasting ube jam and ube ice cream lately.  Well they satisfied that craving for now.

I was not able to ask if it was also part of their breakfast buffet at P245 per person. I remember the last time we dined here for breakfast the rate was still less than P200. Well that has been quite a long while.

It’s a bonus that they now have unlimited ice cream (plus unlimited drinks too among which I liked the fresh watermelon juice).

I can only wish I can indulge as much as I want to before but I can only have that one round of  serving with one scoop each of the sweet and delicious ube and durian ice cream of Allegro.  Yes as we age we are forced to control calories and sugar intake whether we like it or not in order to enjoy a longer hopefully healthier life for more food trips in Davao City and beyond!
