The Ritz Hotel of Garden Oases | Sooo Pinoy Food Trip na Pilipinas in Davao City
The Ritz Hotel inside Garden Oases located at Porras Street, Bo. Obrero, Davao City. It is a venue known for events, meetings, conventions, seminars, weddings, birthday parties or for family gatherings. It was our 4th stop during our Sooo Pinoy food trip in Davao. Here are the Filipino dishes they served us during our visit there.
Kinilaw using Malasugue fish in patis and vinegar plus diced ginger, thinly sliced cucumber, radish and some spices.
Pinakbet with lechon kawali (or deep fried pork chop) plus gata (coconut milk) that made it more delicious. Like most people I know agree, anything with gata is delicious. Do you agree? *wink*
Their Bulalo is a combination of nilagang baka and bulalo as Chef Cesar Mamites of Ritz Hotel explains. Bulalo is a Filipino stewed beef bone marrow with a mix of vegetables in broth. It is a fave among Filipinos. This is one delicious soup and my husband would surely love this.
