Teriyaki Boy | Abreeza Mall Davao

Finally after so much postponement, I finally gave in to dining at Teriyaki Boy at Abreeza Mall Davao a few days ago. We actaully got this discount coupon from the Abreeza Mall food tour last July. I was planning to use that to try their Yogato.

After we dined a day after SumoSam opened last September 11 also at Abreeza Mall, I thought I might as well try out the other Japanese restos in town from now on since hubby really wanted to eat at Japanese restos.

So here are some food shots we took during that recent food trip at Teriyaki Boy in Abreeza.

We had Tori Karaage Bento – Japanese style fried chicken with their very own creamy sesame dip. Comes with steamed Japanese rice, kani salad, miso soup, sesame moyashi, coffee jelly and iced tea (or choice of soda). Hubby and I both loved their Kani salad! Japanese crabstick with mayo on top of cucumber slaw (I love it) topped with fresh shrimp roe/Japanese caviar.

Then I ordered their Tonkatsu – fillet of pork, breaded and deep-fried, served with katsu sauce. I also tried their Yakimeshi – Japanese fried rice with vegetables. I liked it.

It was a fun night too plus food was good! The lil boy and I loved their delicious fresh, ripe mango juice that is truly sweet, refreshing and absolutely yummy! The iced tea they served, IMHO though, should taste a lot more like iced tea hopefully next time. *wink*

Teriyaki Boy is located at the 2nd Floor Restaurant Row of Abreeza Mall Davao (beside Pancake House).
