Taco Flavored Burger from Hollywood Burgers

We got to taste what Hollywood Burgers will have to offer when they took part of the Pofta Buna food fest weekend recently at Bricklane Square at Palma Gil Street Obrero, Davao City last June 15-16, 2012. According to Sid (of Gino’s Burger fame if I may say so) who I was able to talk to while he came by to buy and try two of the new sandwiches offered by The Bagnetian Kitchen. Sid said they will open sometime in the first half of next month at The Peak of Gaisano Mall Davao. Look for it at the right side near Chicken Charlie and Gerry’s Grill (which is still to open).

So here is that taco flavored burger that they were selling for P120 while the regular was priced at P95 during the food fest. Hubby enjoyed this delicious and juicy burger which do remind us of those juicy and tasty burgers which we have tasted when Gino’s was still quite new here in the city. The patty got smaller, in our opinion, but the taste is still almost the same. I do remember the patties were bigger before and burgers were priced starting at P80. Well  this is one delicious burger you might want to try when they do open next month. Let’s pray they will keep up with the quality and taste to the satisfaction of their burger-loving customers.

I took only a bite of this since I was already full with what we have eaten before hand. They took their time grilling this and there were many pending orders during that lunch time when we went back for two consecutive days. I was waiting for it while tasting the new sandwiches from The Bagnetian Kitchen. While eating, I was also talking to hubby about something else that dries quickly, even after complete saturation. Well that was something I was reading on the GTab at the same time while we were waiting for our taco flavored burger to be served.

I do remember being able to talk to Sid during our first ever visit at Gino’s Burger. He had already plans then to transfer to a bigger and better place when he reaches a certain sales quota. Well that is being realized as he opens Hollywood Burgers this July. I look forward to eating more consistently juicy and delicious tasting burgers from them just like this one.
