Naty’s Delicious Lechon (Roasted Pig)

While I was looking through some of our our old food trip photos, I found this one – Naty’s Delicious Lechon (roasted pig). Just last night, we were talking about this when hubby mentioned that one of his office mates invited us to lunch on Sunday. It’s a simple birthday celebration for his office mate’s daughter. I was not quite up to it at first since I would want to rest this weekend after a rather stressful week, but when he said they will be celebrating because a relative sponsored a roasted pig (lechon), well that simple made me think of going! Just the thought of eating even a little crispy roasted pork skin will make my day!

When this becomes your favorite craving then I am sure you will just be like me wondering what could be the diet after eating much of this! I really need a quick solution to burn fat after having this. I actually tried to stay away from looking into photos of our food trip there during my birthday. But I forgot about it last night and I went to bed asking myself when I could probably visit Naty’s again or even Lechonero’s which is much nearer to us. Or maybe Sunday isn’t too far away to get a taste of crispy pork skin again.
