@food rush….
i would like to suggest that the person answering the calls to teach her to answer their customers politely. It was already 45 minutes after i placed my order. i called again to follow up my order. I said ” follow up ko lang yung order namin kasi 45 mins na di p dumating yung order. She answered, ” mam di lang ikaw ang nagorder daghan man gud nagorder, hapit na maluto.” at least she said mam. pero pwede man siguro ingnon nya pasensya na daghan ang nagorder mao na dugay. its better to hear that words rather than “dili lang man ikaw ang nagorder” i hope your service will be improved by accepting suggestions from your clients.
@melai,
I do hope the owners of Food Rush will be able to read this especially your feedback.
I have no problems with Food Rush so far. I’ve been a loyal customer for 3 years and they always get my order on time. Call them an hour ahead and indicate what time you wanted it delivered. The cooking takes a while, since they’re pretty much shorthanded all the time. But it’s all worth the wait.
As for the woman answering the phone, you know how bisaya people seem to sound rude sometimes? but they really don’t mean to. Just my 2 cents (-:
this is not my first time to order food in food rush and had it delivered in my residence.. i didnt have any problems before not until now.. the person received my call, asked for my address and i gave it to him.. he clarified about what my house number was so i gave it again.. i ordered around 6:45pm and waited around 7:30 before i called for follow up.. he answered me that it’s on its way.. after an hour, i called again for the third time and said the person was going to dmsf first before going here, so we waited since our village is near.. for 30mins still no show up.. so i called again, then the person who claims that he just “the cook” said that the address i gave was not clear and incomplete.. if that was the case, then he should have asked me and verified me about what was my address was if he did not got it clearly since I’ve been calling them several times to follow up my order.. he just kept on answering and telling me that the food was on its way.. then that jerk even hanged up on me when i told him that even if you’re just the “cook” since you were the one answering my call its your responsibility to clarify if you think the information given by the customer was incomprehensible or not that clear..
