1. Crazy Cook
Owned by mom-entrepreneur Carmina Mapa-del Rosario, Crazy Cook is one of Davao’s known food catering service providers that cater to a variety of occasions.
Offerings: Truffle Cheese Pate, Caviar Pate, Assorted Baos with Angus Beef, Bacon Bulgogi, and Braised Knuckles.
2. Cellar de Boca Wine Kitchen
A Spanish-themed restaurant found at SM Lanang Premier, Cellar de Boca Wine Kitchen is a special collaboration between Tricie Pengson-Arcenas, her husband Vince Arcenas and wine importers Bobby Basa Tenchavez and Carlo Calma Lorenzana. It exclusively serves Argentina’s quality Lagarde wines and comfort food.
Offerings: Argentina’s Lagarde wines
(Try their steak empanada, chorizo empanada and angus sisig.)
3. Osvaldo’s Cakes
One of Davao’s best dessert places, Osvaldo’s cakes is known for creating edgy and artistic cakes and pies using only the finest ingredients. It is owned by siblings Joel and Jose Marie Rodriguez with wife Dindin.
Offerings: Cheese Cakes
4. Malagos Farmhouse Cheeses
Davao’s pride, Malagos Farmhouse Cheeses has become famous for its natural products and farm-fresh food from the gardens such as gourmet cheeses (e.g. fresh goat and feta cheese) and and specialty food products such as Tableya (native chocolate). It is helmed by cheesemaker Olive Puentespina.
Offerings: Bignay Wine and Malagos Chocolate at the Davao Gourmet Collective.
5. RBG of Park Inn Davao
Short for Restaurant, Bar, & Grill, the RBG is Park Inn Davao’s hip all-day dining outlet designed for today’s generation of fun-loving urbanites. Its a la carte menu includes charcoal-grilled meat and seafood, locally-inspired specialties and timeless favorites. Executive Chef Jayme Natividad will offer an enticing array of gourmet dishes for the Holiday Market.

6. Jonathan Cupcakery
Jonathan’s Cupcakery offers rich, flavorful homemade cupcakes and dessert bars at affordable prices. Owned by Mr. Jonathan Ramirez, it is located at the Upper Ground Level of SM Lanang Premier.
Offerings: Cupcakes that come in a variety of enticing flavors – Red Velvet, Chocolate, Triple Vanilla Bean, among many others.
7. Bangkok Wok
Founded in 2009 by couple Raffy and Carmina Mapa-Del Rosario, Bangkok Wok serves Thai cuisine in its most authentic and unpretentious form. Carmina spent her growing up years in Bangkok.
Offerings: Kao Soy, Chicken Sate, Roast Duck Curry, and Bagoong Rice.
8. Sweet Spot Artisan Ice Cream
The first and only maker of artisan ice cream in Davao City, Sweet Spot’s ice cream creations are known for its creamy goodness and luxurious taste. It is owned by Ms. Bianca Dizon.
Offerings: the world-famous Crocodile ice cream (made from real crocodile eggs), and dragonfruit ice cream, among other must-try flavors.
9. Baby Cakes
Helmed by Ms. Maite Gempesaw, Baby Cakes will leave guests asking for more when they taste its varied cupcakes and sweet confections.
Offerings: DiY Gingerbread House and Christmas Cookies, Fruitcake, Healthy Loaf Cakes, and Ginger Snap Cookies.
10. La Bodeguita
Owned by Yvonne Soriano, La Bodeguita will give guests a taste of Spain during the Holiday Market.
Offerings: Chorizos and other great Spanish selections
11. Sunahama Ramen
If you’re in the mood for East Asian food, try Mia Pineda’s Sunahama Ramen.
Offerings: Tonkatsu and Korean tacos
12. Pastanni
Craving for Italian food? Pastanni by Chef Annie Cacho Garcia is definitely worth the try. It serves a wide array of pasta dishes, piada, salads, beverages, and Italian desserts at prices that are affordable to a wider market.
Offerings: Specialty wraps, Piada Rolls, etc.
13. Bleu Chili Wing Bar
Bleu Chili is fast-becoming a favorite food spot in the metro for its delish food offerings. Owned by partners Chef Martin Lozano and Chef Gemma Herradura, its crispy fried wings to their varied choices of dips, sauces and ice teas, you can never go wrong with Bleu Chili.
