Surprisingly this Cafe Laguna’s Pancit Canton is really delicious! I don’t know what they put in it – gata, milk or whatever but hubby and I agreed it is really delicious. A serving is good for 2-3 persons already but depending on your appetite.

We went to Cafe Laguna for dinner after the little guy’s first day of trick or treat. I was looking for something else to order rather than the usual ones that we do eat there. This is the first time that I have tried any of their pancit in the menu. We have dined at Cafe Laguna in Abreeza Mall Davao several times before but since I was craving for pancit last week and which have not been satisfied until then that I saw that Cafe Laguna has pancit. So we might as well give it a try.

The waiter was actually recommending their sotanghon guisado as really delicious. But since I am not really into sotanghon (some call it glass noodles, Chinese vermicelli or cellophane noodles – really?) so I did not take the waiter’s recommendation and stuck to pancit canton.

Actually when I went to wash my hands, it gave me a chance to look around and see if anyone ordered their sotanghon. I found none and saw two or three tables with pancit canton order. So maybe I made a good decision and went for it despite the waiter’s different recommendation. *wink*
