Coffee with a Friend

I had coffee with an old friend mine and was I so happy she finally treated me to a chocolate chip cream frap! She promised me this a long time ago when Starbucks opened its first branch in the city at Abreeza. She finally made that promise come true and was I delighted to be able to see her too after more than a year. She knows I wanted to try this particular chocolate chip cream frap from Starbucks since I have already tasted the counterpart in CBTL.

My friend actually asked my to accompany her to look for baby boy crib bedding which she will be giving as a gift to the second child of one of our common friends, before she gave me this coffee treat. The child will be christened in less than two weeks from now and my friend will be one of the godmothers. In as much as I would like to go being invited to that special occasion, I may not be able to attend the baptismal since we have a planned family get together on that same date.

Anyway, I am looking forward to our next meet for coffee with more friends hopefully with us next time around. I am already looking forward to that! Hope it will happen soon.
