CBTL’s Ultimate Mocha Ice Blended
My kid and I waited for hubby at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Abreeza Mall Davao recently and since hubby was not yet around when I ordered I decided to try something new among their drinks and for the first time I tried CBTL’s Ultimate Mocha ice blended. Finally tried their signature Mocha (other one is Vanilla) Ice Blended with tasty bits of chocolate covered espresso beans.
It tasted good and I am happy that my curiosity is finally satisfied. I think I have enough tea lattes this month so for a change. The tea latte promo which was the buy 1 take 1 actually had its last day yesterday. So I thought why not try something else on their menu especially with the ice blended ones. I actually had to ask Owen for a suggestion after staring for awhile at their menu trying to decide what to order which I have not tried before while he entertained people from Alveo. I ended ordering CBTL’s Ultimate Mocha ice blended.
While waiting for my Ultimate Mocha to be served and while the little kid was busy with something on the MBP, I get to relax and clear my mind for awhile. I would sometimes come to think staying at a coffee shop sometimes gives you the opportunity to meet old friends by surprise. I remember I met an old friend way back in college who was there with a few students from the school where she teaches. I heard those teens from the big school were looking for a possible local store where they could hopefully find and buy something that is said to be well worth the money for one who loves playing this kind of guitar. I guess they would have to check the store on the second floor of the mall which sells musical instruments. Speaking of acoustic guitar, I wonder if the little boy will be interested in having one when he is big enough like in his teens perhaps. Who knows?
I did get to chat with that friend who I have not seen for many years actually. That friend also loves CBTL’s ice blended as I found out recently through her shared Facebook photos. I guess I will be trying out a few more of their ice blended in our next visits to CBTL and I will try to see which will become my fave among them. Will it be the Ultimate Mocha?
