Salmon Belly With Teriyaki Sauce at Vikings SM Lanang Davao

… has become a favorite of mine since I found them serving this dish at the seafood and grilled station near the kiddie station. I make sure that when I am blessed to be able to have lunch or dinner at Vikings buffet restaurant here in the city during certain special occasions, I would get to feast on this making me a happy food tripper with a very satisfied tummy.

It’s comfort food that I like to feast on. However just like any food, I cannot eat too much of it. Too much makes me feel something after awhile. Yet I try to eat as much as I can feast on then make sure I have cups of jasmine tea from the Korean station of Vikings ready at the table. After all dining at Vikings is supposed to be a seafood feast so might as well make the most of it since we don’t really get to dine there regularly but only on special occasions and upon invites.

Now as I am writing this I am starting to crave for salmon once again. I wonder when this fish will have more supply fresh in the supermarket here. It is expensive anyway. I love feasting on it anyway whenever I find it served as delicious as they do in Vikings Davao!
