Shanghai Rolls

One of Jollibee’s more affordable meals with rice that can feed those on a budget is their five (5) pieces of crunchy shanghai rolls served with sweet and sour sauce and steamed rice for P39.  It is only available on weekdays from Monday to Friday. I wanted to have this for breakfast this morning but since it is a Sunday, it isn’t available and I just have to wait for tomorrow.

I remembered my friend who was recently looking for those fitted or elastic tablecloths for sale online for that wrinkle free look on the dining table. She also loved these rolls among the value meals of Jollibee. We are what you can say shanghai roll fans. When we would dine with other friends before at Jollibee years ago and when we want to save, we would almost always order this. I just wish they would not overcook the rolls like this. I think thought this was just re-heated and I just did not bother to ask anymore for a new one. It was still tasting good for my breakfast. I am even craving for it now since we had a very early dinner and I could eat some now since I am really getting hungry again.
