Late Lunch at Pepper Lunch

We had our late lunch today at Pepper Lunch, a spur of the moment decision when we were supposed to eat at a more affordable resto. We ended up there since I wanted to order their Shake Shake Salad and I know hubby will easily say yes as long as I suggests the place. We went in immediately since there was  no line outside. When we came in, we then immediately noticed that their two POS machines were both missing in their counters. The cashier who was doing everything manually in taking and writing orders as well as making the receipts for those who will ask for one told us that their machines are being fixed.

I was about to back out thinking it may take longer but I think it should not be the case nor should that be a reason for food to be served later than expected. Our food was served just a little longer than usual but not too long for us to be really hungry. We just had enough time with hubby to discuss about something… for efficient report design that his boss was asking him to research on for their monthly reports to be efficiently done in the future.

Our food was served shortly after our talk and we went straight to mixing our food in the very hot sizzling plates that they gave us. That is what I like about having food served in a sizzling plate, you get to enjoy eating food that will remain hot for a few more minutes compared to those food in ordinary or usual plates.
