Green Tea and Berry Cheesecake of Starbucks

I saw this Green Tea and Berry Cheesecake of Starbucks a week ago and out of curiosity ordered it even if I was kind of hesitant to eat it. I was not able to finish all of it actually since I was busy reading the local paper trying to find a particular article about a new restaurant in town. This green tea cheesecake is described to be bursting with refreshing blueberries on a crispy walnut crust, finished with white chocolate ganache curls. I only remember that I liked the white chocolate, the rest is history…

Then my friend with her hubby saw us as they entered the coffee shop to buy coffee to-go. My friend’s hubby was looking whole day for those high quality… around stores in town when we met them at the coffee shop late Wednesday night last week. They were curious about what cake we were eating but they were in a hurry to go home after a long day and so they could not stay long to chat with us after they got their order. Their little kid and the nanny were already fast asleep in the car.

Aside from this green tea and berry cheesecake, there is another new cake I saw called Purple Yam Cake with Macapuno and Red Bean. I will try that cake next time we get to visit Starbucks once again. *wink*
