Spotted Chingus Coin in Gaisano Mall

Saw people lining up near Dunkin Donuts as I went down the lower ground
on my way to the supermarket area of GMall in Bajada.
Got curious and went to see what store it is.
It is Chingus Coin which we have tried weeks ago in SM Davao Annex.

I wanted to try it again and see if I get a better serving because the one we had in SM Ecoland wasn’t what we expected.
The cheese had turned hard and rubbery. P89 doesn’t seem worth the wait at that time.
We were asked to go back for an hour to get our order because
there were many pending orders yet and they had to cut off taking more orders.
We went back 45 minutes or 15 minutes ahead of the 1 hour they told us after we had lunch.
We were called and we got our orders.
When we ate it, mine and hubby’s order, the cheese inside it was “kunat” or rubbery.
My son on the other hand still managed to say he enjoyed his order somehow.
Hope to try it better next time and enjoy this trending cheese coin
when there is no more long line like that in GMall.
